Experience of cultural space creation
As far as "Common cultural space of Russia is concerned", the conclusion of the discussion is as follows: Primorsky Territory and Russia need to get involved in the cultural space of the APR markets. Some discussion participants perceived the problem in the lack of creative resources in the Region, while others believed that the creative infrastructure cannot be constructed without governmental support.
