11.15 - 13.00	Plenary session "Asian agenda - presentation of the Russian version".
13.00 - 13.30	Press conference (Bussines Center & Hotel "Hyundai", 29 Semonovskaya St., "Emerald" Room)
13.00 - 14.00	Lunch. "Pacific" Bar & Restaurant is located on the 12th floor (Hotel "Hyundai") Cofee Shop "Rendezvous" is located on the lobby (Hotel "Hyundai")
15.00 - 17.00	Theme Discussions (run in a parallel way): Innovation processes in Asia and the Far East of Russia, the infrastructure for their support: universities and technoparks. Asian trends of transportation systems development. Far Eastern Energy: vision of the future. Urban development: Asian cities and Russian cities in the Far East. Common cultural scope and the role of Russia.
17.00 - 17.15	"Hyatt International" (Europe, Africa, Middle East) LLC Signing an Agreement between "Hayat" and JS Co. "Our Home is Primorye" (Bussines Center & Hotel "Hyundai", 29 Semonovskaya St., "Emerald" Room)
18.00 - 19.00	Finalizing plenary session: Congress results and conclusions. Bussines Center & Hotel "Hyundai", 29 Semonovskaya St., "Diamond" A Room
20.00 - 24.00	Gala evening on behalf of the Governor of Primorsky Territory. ("Syem Futov" Restaurant, "Parus" Summer Terrace, by invitation).
